Refund & Cancellation Policy Digital Services & Products Due to the intellectual, labor-intensive, and non-returnable nature of our digital marketing services, e-commerce infrastructure setups, and digital consulting, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds once work has commenced or digital assets have been delivered. Cancellations Monthly Retainers: For ongoing services, such as advertising management and other recurring marketing services, clients may cancel their subscription by providing a 30-day written notice to our designated legal or support contact. Clients will be responsible for the final 30 days of service. One-Time Projects: If a client chooses to terminate a one-time project before completion, any deposits or payments already made are non-refundable to cover the work and labor already performed. If you have any issues with your delivered digital service, please contact our support team within 7 days of delivery, and we will work with you to address or revise the deliverables according to the original scope of work.
